How do I reserve tickets for an event?
All events have been included in our agenda. Click on an event for additional information and a link to the customer service email address, which you can use to make reservations. You will receive a confirmation email from customer service once your request has been processed.

How do I apply for members discount on admission tickets?
Members are only eligible for discount during the pre-sale period that lasts until the day before the activity is scheduled to start. Members discount does not apply on the day itself. Our customer service employees will first verify the information on your library card before granting the discount, so be sure to bring it with you when you apply. Each cardholder is entitled to 1 discounted admission ticket. A BASIC card does not grant you a discount.

Are exhibitions free?
Yes, unless otherwise specified. If you plan on visiting the exhibition in a group, please notify customer service in advance by calling 043 - 350 56 00 or by sending an email to publieksservice@maastricht.nl.
